The special edition of the photobook published in commemoration of the Thomas Ruff Exhibitions at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. This title is the first compilation to feature the 18 series of Ruff’s extensive presentation by 2016. The paper for the text is selected to suit with its concept and, by making it into five volumes, it was designed so that each work could be understood more deeply. The illustrations adopts a layout different from the regular catalogue and the optimum pagination for each series, and the layout in which the texts protrude from the cover is the same system as the sign design of the exhibition and the identity of the public relation material.
